Players that may be shy to work 1v1 have a bigger forum to work in and can benefit from having friends or teammates to train with. The ultimate success for Group Training is for the players to return to their own team practices and games with higher confidence and ability.
Team Training is designed to allow the individuals within a fully rostered team to improve as a team. This training will allow teams to work on specific facets of the game. Topics that would be focused on would be specific to the team, set plays, formations, positional training, physical, psychological, technical and tactical understanding. The trainer will work closely with club staff, along with attending matches to specifically design future training session. Team Training is the ultimate in training. The successes of the individuals are the success of the team.
